Who registers the tenancy deposit?
For Tenant Find only, most landlords register the deposit themselves. If you prefer, we can register it for you as an additional service. For Rent Collect & Full Management we take care of all deposits including tenancy deposit.
Can you arrange an inventory and check-in?
Yes, we can organise a professional inventory and check-in. Highly recommended to protect your deposit position later. For Full Management this step is always included as part of the service.
Do you handle viewings and tenant checks?
Yes. We arrange and attend viewings. We fully reference & check all tenants.
