Simple & transparent pricing
We believe pricing should be simple, transparent and easy to understand. Our fees are clearly set out below with no unnecessary complexity.
All fees are exclusive of VAT
Landlord Fees
Tenant Find Only
One month’s rent | Includes marketing, accompanied viewings, tenant referencing, Right to Rent checks and preparation of the tenancy agreement.
Rent Collection
10% of the monthly rent + £300 one-off setup fee | Includes the full tenant find service and ongoing rent collection.
Full Management
12% of the monthly rent + £300 one-off setup fee | Includes the full tenant find service and ongoing day to day property management.
Additional costs (only if applicable)
Inventory, check-in and check-out:
arranged with an independent inventory provider and charged at cost to the landlord.
Court or tribunal attendance:
£250 per hour
Major works or refurbishment project management:
10% of project cost
Non-Resident Landlord (NRL) tax submissions:
£300 per year (if applicable)
Sales Fees
Residential Sales
1.25% of the agreed sale price
Includes marketing, viewings, offer negotiation and sales progression through to completion.
